The Last Lesson

This entry is all about our last lecture day with spm. We started it with a prayer and it’s sad to say that time went out so fast that this subject is over. Hope I won’t take this same subject next term but I really like to have more of it.

We started the class with a prayer led by Prof. Fantillo. The lecture was focused mainly on leadership. Here are some of the thoughts that remained intact in my mind:

“In a leader-subordinate relationship they must embrace change for the reason that they have the same goal and mission.”

“If you are given more work, it’s also a reward for a job well done. After doing it, you’ll know that you’re a better person.”

“A leader brings a man’s vision to a higher sight…”

“He multiplies the performance capacity, whatever strength, health and aspiration they have”

“A leader is someone who has followers, they set example, it is not rank privilege, titles, or money… it is responsibility.”

“Leaders keep their eye on task, not on themselves, the task matters and they are just servants.”

I figured that you're deep. Good for you. This world needs more of those who see things differently.

An unsolicited advice - choose well. Remember life is 5% what happens to us and 95% how we respond to what happens to us.

God speed!
